Note: Any pictures that are submitted to the Blair Press can be picked up
after publication at the Blair Press office. Anyone wishing to have pictures
mailed back to them must provide a self-addressed stamped envelope.
The Blair Press reserves the right to accept or reject news items based on
their relevance to our readers. All news items should be submitted on or
before Monday to ensure their submittance in that week's issue.
